Kelly Newton

Kelly Newton is an experienced educator and administrator in early childhood education. Currently serving as a Teacher at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet since May 2015, Kelly has previously held leadership roles including Director at Kiddie Academy, where enrollment increased from 70 to 97 percent, and Recreation and Special Events Manager for the Village of Hawthorn Woods, overseeing program planning and execution. Kelly's early career included positions as Lead Teacher at Messiah Lutheran Preschool, where curriculum development and parent communication were key responsibilities, and Director at Messiah Kids Club, improving the program's financial stability. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Kendall College and an Associate's degree in the same field from McHenry County College.
