Karen White-Rausch

Karen White-Rausch possesses extensive experience in behavioral intervention and special education services, currently serving as a Behavior Intervention Specialist at Catholic Charities Of Long Island since November 2019. Previously, Karen held various roles at the same organization including Senior Residential Coordinator and Residential Manager, overseeing operations at residences for adults with developmental disabilities. Additional experience includes working as a Special Education Teacher and ABA Therapist at All About Kids, providing in-home teaching services for children with developmental disabilities at New York Therapy Placement Services, and directing a day program for adults with developmental disabilities at NYS ARC, Inc. - Suffolk County. Furthermore, Karen contributed to organizational development and training within the Girl Scouts of the USA for over two decades. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism and a Master of Science in Childhood Education/Special Education.
