Angie (Grable) Mobley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Angie is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington. Prior to this, they worked as the Administrator of WorkSource Yakima and Kittitas Counties at the Employment Security Department. In this role, they managed the WorkSource program and developed partnerships with various organizations to provide employment services.
Before joining the Employment Security Department, Angie held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Solarity Credit Union. Angie led the HR department and was responsible for employee development, compensation, benefits, and other HR responsibilities. Angie also conducted salary studies to ensure competitive compensation structures.
Earlier in their career, Angie worked at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. Angie initially served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, managing leaves of absence, employee relations, and performance management. At a later stage, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Human Resources, where they oversaw the Yakima location and trained and managed HR professionals.

In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Development Dimensions International Certified Facilitator, an Employment Law Innovations Certified Instructor, a Reality Based Leadership Facilitator, a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington provides help and creates hope for thousands of people each year regardless of religious, social, or economic backgrounds. Though serving the outreach efforts of the Diocese of Yakima, Catholic Charities is a separate 501(c)3 charitable organization, funded in part by the State of Washington, federal contracts, the United Way, fees for service, grants, foundations, and charitable contributions. While rooted in a Catholic tradition that shapes its core mission of service to all, staff do not need to be Catholic to work for Catholic Charities. We serve all in the community, regardless of faith, race, gender, social class, or economic status. With office locations in Yakima, Wenatchee, Richland, Moses Lake, and Sunnyside, as well as our multi-family housing sites across Central Washington, we serve nearly 50,000 people annually.
