Victor M. Cardenas

Victor M. Cardenas currently serves as the Early Learning & Family Engagement Manager at Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington since March 2019 and has been the Early Learning Specialist Lead at Catholic Family and Child Service since September 2010. Cardenas has expertise in child care, behavioral therapy, and family engagement, having conducted intake assessments and developed behavioral treatment plans for children and families. Key responsibilities include training parents and educators in behavioral interventions, providing child care consultations, and overseeing the Early Learning Specialist Team. Cardenas holds a Master of Arts in Human Services with a specialization in Mental Health Administration from the University of the Rockies and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Eastern Washington University, along with prior undergraduate studies at Washington State University.
