Erin MacHovina

Erin Machovina has significant experience in education and human resources, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Lorain County since 2018 and as an HR Data and Compliance Coordinator, alongside a role as Site Communications Coordinator for Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland since September 2016. In the HR position, Erin's responsibilities include designing job descriptions, conducting turnover analyses, implementing employee wellness initiatives, and managing corporate compliance documentation. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant at Our Lady Queen of Peace and internships in recruiting and human resources with organizations such as The Centers for Families and Children and Hospice of the Western Reserve.
