Pam Parker has extensive experience in program administration and community services, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Program Administrator at Catholic Charities of Geauga County since 2005, Pam focuses on program development, self-sufficiency initiatives, crisis intervention, and employment services. Previous roles include Site Supervisor at Neighboring Mental Health Services, overseeing employment and support programs, as well as Program Administrator at Lake County Society for Rehabilitation of Children and Adults, where accommodations for hiring individuals with disabilities were developed. Early experience includes State Work Evaluator and Vocational Counselor for the Rehabilitative Services Commission of Ohio, along with roles in training coordination. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a dual focus in Education and Psychology from Kent State University.
