Nico Lorenz Panlican is a skilled professional with extensive experience in social communications and program evaluation. Currently serving as a Social Communications Program Specialist for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington since September 2017, Nico has previously held positions such as Program Evaluation Consultant at the Information and Documentation Centre on NATO in Moldova and Asset Mapping Researcher for the City of Monterey, both in late 2016. Prior to that, Nico worked as an Executive Assistant for Political Affairs at the Embassy of Mexico in the Philippines and as a Business Process Expert with Maersk Global Service Centres in 2014. Nico holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a focus on International Development Policy and Practice from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor’s Degree in European Languages from the University of the Philippines.
