David Galvãn

David Galvãn has extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT support sectors, currently serving as an IT Support Technician for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas since November 2023. Previously, David has worked with Securus Technologies as an Installation Specialist since April 2019, and held various positions within Verizon from 1997 to 2017, including Team Lead and Engr IV Specialist, where responsibilities included training and developing support tools for teams across multiple states and overseeing network operations. David began the career in customer service at GTE.net from 1996 to 1998 and holds educational credentials from Western Texas College, attended from 1977 to 1979.
