Joe Garcia

Joe Garcia currently serves as the Chancellor and Executive Assistant to Bishop Rhoades at the Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend since July 2022. In this role, Joe Garcia functions as the Safe Environment coordinator and ministry specialist for victim assistance. Prior to this position, Joe Garcia taught Scripture to freshmen and an honors course on the Church's Greatest Thinkers at Bishop Dwenger High School from August 2000 to August 2022. Joe Garcia holds a Master of Arts in Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in English, both from the University of Notre Dame, with degrees obtained in 2011 and 2000, respectively.
