Paul Kealy

Paul Kealy currently serves as the Executive Manager of People Services at the Tasmanian Catholic Education Office, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Paul was a Project Manager at the Department of Health in Tasmania for a brief period in late 2022. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Business Partnering at the University of Tasmania and the People Lead at Mondelēz International. Additionally, Paul held various roles at the University of Tasmania and Federal Group, including Associate Director of People and Wellbeing and HR Manager for Casino Gaming. Paul started a significant tenure at British American Tobacco in 2002, progressing through various HR roles across the Asia Pacific region. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Tasmania.
