Jeannie McCabe has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeannie started their career at Motorola in 2000, where they held various roles such as Senior Industrial Engineer, Manager of Distribution Center Technical Operations, Strategic Project Lead, and Business Operations Consultant. During their time at Motorola, they focused on improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience through the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies. In 2010, they transitioned to Catholic Health Services, where they held roles such as Operational Efficiency and Performance Manager, Director of Process Excellence, Vice President of Quality and Analytics, and Vice President of Process Excellence. In these positions, they led various initiatives aimed at optimizing the quality and efficiency of healthcare services, driving improvement in key performance indicators, and implementing quality improvement and certification programs.
Jeannie McCabe obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. In March 2014, they obtained the ASQ-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ. Jeannie is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University, with an expected completion date in 2023.
