Sheikh Arshed has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Sheikh began their career as a Computer Technician at Nova Southeastern University, where they managed over 800 computers and handled tasks such as hardware/software upgrades and software installations. Sheikh then worked as a Computer Technical Support Specialist at Gateway, assisting customers with hardware and software issues over the phone.
Arshed later joined Catholic Health Services, starting as a WorkStation & Peripheral Manager and establishing efficient support policies and procedures. Sheikh then worked as an Enterprise IT Support Service Manager before taking on the role of Data Architect Specialist, where they normalized and organized data for analysis by other departments. Sheikh Arshed completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Engineering Technology from Florida Atlantic University in the years 2004 to 2008. Sheikh then pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University from 2010 to 2012.
