Belinda Flatters

Belinda has more than 20 years' Company Secretarial, Governance and legal experience across a range of industries including oil and gas, health insurance, wealth management, international aid and most recently, aged care. Belinda, prior to joining Catholic HealthCare Limited was the Company Secretary for RSL LifeCare. Belinda has a Diploma of Law through the University of Sydney and holds a current legal practising certificate. Belinda also has a Graduate Diploma of Corporate Governance, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
