Jo Perkins

Jo Perkins is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Catholic Healthcare since March 2023. Previously, Jo held the position of Human Resources Director for Oral Health & Drug Health at Western Sydney Local Health District from February 2022 to January 2023, leading both services and the executive team. With over a decade at Human Link HR and Human Link Learning & Development as Director and Principal Consultant, Jo specialized in strategic consulting and training. Prior roles include being a Senior Consultant at APA Training & Development, a freelance lecturer at Sydney Business School, and a facilitator for Telstra's Change Management and Leadership program. Jo's career also includes significant roles at EMI Music Australia as Head of Human Resources and at Sony Music Entertainment UK as a Human Resources Officer.
