Lucinda Mark

Lucinda Mark has over a decade of experience in IT management, currently serving as the Manager of IT Systems Solutions at Catholic Healthcare since May 2011, where previous roles included IT Commissioning Manager and Senior Service Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Lucinda consulted for AIM Screening Pty Limited, delivering comprehensive ICT policy documentation and a BCP/DR test plan. Lucinda's early career at Adecco spanned various managerial positions, focusing on IT service delivery, project management, and operational support, directly reporting to the APAC CIO. Educational qualifications include multiple certifications in ITIL, Prince2, and eXtreme Project Management obtained from respected institutions, demonstrating a strong foundation in project and service management in the IT sector.
