Wayne Leamon

Wayne has been a Director of Catholic Healthcare since 1 October, 2016.

Wayne is a former Executive Director of Macquarie Group, where he served in a number of senior roles in Australia and the UK. His last role was CEO, Macquarie Bank UK. Prior to Macquarie he worked as a Chartered Accountant.

Wayne has a strong corporate governance background, having served on the boards of regulated entities, infrastructure businesses and private equity investment companies. He has extensive experience in risk management, including several years in a senior leadership role in Macquarie’s Risk Management Group.

Wayne is the Chair of the Board Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
