Maria Luby

Maria Luby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting and organizational development. Currently serving as a Leadership Consultant at Catholic Leadership Institute since March 2023, Maria also holds the position of Sr. Consultant at BioPharma Alliance since 2011. Before these roles, Maria was the Director of Family Life & Youth Ministry at St. Thomas of Villanova from April 2015 to April 2023 and worked at Merck from 1994 to 2003, where the roles included Sr. Product Manager and various positions in sales and marketing. Maria earned an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School (1992-1994) and a BA in Life Sciences from Rice University (1987-1991).
