Viviana Westbrook

Viviana Westbrook is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in immigration law and advocacy. Currently serving as a State and Local Advocacy Attorney at the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. since August 2020, Viviana has a strong background that includes roles as a Staff Attorney at the Tahirih Justice Center and Catholic Charities of Baltimore. Prior experience also includes positions at Kids in Need of Defense, Capital Area Immigrants' Rights Coalition, and SunEdison, where responsibilities ranged from legal compliance to asylum representation and client advocacy. Viviana earned a Doctor of Law from Georgetown University Law Center, specializing in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Politics from Oberlin College.
