Operations And Strategic Growth Director, Changing The Way We Care at Catholic Relief Services

Andrea (Drew) Rogers has extensive work experience in various roles within the international development sector. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Development Associate at CRS/US. In 2009, they joined CRS/Nigeria as the Chief of Party, where they played a crucial role in implementing strategic information systems and increasing HIV testing and treatment rates. From 2011 to 2018, Andrea worked at Catholic Relief Services (CRS) as the Director of Operations Excellence, overseeing investment planning and field target setting. Andrea (Drew) then became the Operations and Strategic Growth Director for the Changing the Way We Care initiative at CRS, managing the finances of a multi-donor project valued at over $30M.

Andrea (Drew) Rogers completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from La Salle University in 1981. Andrea (Drew) later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 1981 to 1983.
