Arsene Tianhoun

Arsene Tianhoun is an experienced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professional currently serving as the Information & Communication Technology Advisor for West Africa at Catholic Relief Services since September 2020. With a robust background that includes over two decades in various ICT roles within the organization, Arsene has expertise in mobile health data collection, vendor management, and the deployment and management of mobile devices, having led mass campaigns in multiple West African countries. Arsene's prior role as Regional ICT4D Solution Architect involved designing and developing ICT solutions for complex programming projects using various technologies. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's Degree in Networking and Application Development from Limoges ICT Engineering Institute, and additional degrees in System, Networking, and Management from institutions in Burkina Faso.
