Chelsea Treadwell

Chelsea Treadwell is an experienced professional in donor engagement and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Donor Engagement and Strategic Partnerships at Catholic Relief Services since April 2014. In this role, Chelsea leads teams to identify key strategic partners and donors, develops institutional engagement plans, and represents the agency to enhance collaboration and revenue. Chelsea has also managed negotiations and executed agreements aligning with client and donor requirements at TRACE International, Inc., and provided guidance on strategic positioning for European donors. Previously held positions include Corporate Project Specialist at TRACE International, Legal Intern at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, Consultant at Population Services International, and Program Manager at PSI. Chelsea holds a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a degree from Allegheny College.
