Chris Bleers possesses extensive experience in strategic leadership and program management within the humanitarian sector, particularly in contexts of post-conflict recovery and rural development. Currently serving as Chief of Party at Catholic Relief Services, Chris oversees a €25m regional project focused on infrastructure rehabilitation, economic revitalization, and governance capacity-building. Previous roles include Humanitarian Program Director at CARE, where Chris managed relief efforts for cyclone-affected communities in Mozambique, and Managing Program Director at Engineers Without Borders USA, directing international and domestic engineering programs. Chris's career milestones also include significant leadership positions at the Norwegian Refugee Council, where extensive humanitarian projects across Myanmar and other regions were successfully managed.
