Fredson Joseph

Fredson Joseph is an experienced ICT4D/MEAL Officer at Catholic Relief Services since February 2014, with a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, data collection instrument development, and training project staff. In previous roles, Fredson has contributed as a Senior ICT4MEAL Officer and engaged in various ICT4D projects across different countries, including conducting gap analysis, producing electronic reports, and creating interactive maps using GIS software. Fredson's earlier experience includes roles as a GIS Specialist and IT Technician at CRS in Haiti, as well as a Web Developer at CARPA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from INUQUA and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from CCPI.
