Hala Alkayal

Hala Alkayal is an experienced professional in program management and partnership coordination, currently serving as the Partnership Coordination Program Manager at Catholic Relief Services since May 2022. With a background in managing high-value programs, Hala has successfully led emergency sector initiatives in northwest Syria as the Head of Programming at Syria Relief, overseeing a $54 million portfolio, and previously contributed to a $120 million OFDA-funded program at World Vision as Deputy Chief of Party. Hala’s career at Catholic Relief Services began in 2013, where roles spanned from Administrative Officer to Project Manager, managing significant funding and project implementations in response to regional needs. Academically, Hala holds an Executive MBA from SKEMA Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Aleppo.
