Isaac Mulbah

Isaac Mulbah is an experienced professional in humanitarian and operational management, currently serving as a Therapist Consular at Catholic Charities of Baltimore since November 2023. Isaac has held various leadership roles at Catholic Relief Services since January 2011, including Team Leader for Rapid Response Mission and Head of Office in South Sudan and Darfur, overseeing extensive humanitarian programs and staff management.
