James Haganza currently serves as a MEAL Coordinator at Expertise France since April 2025 and has been with Catholic Relief Services since March 2016, where roles have included Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer and MEAL Program Manager in Rwanda. Additional experience includes a position as Deputy Executive Secretary at the Rwanda NGO Forum on HIV/AIDS and Health Promotion, and earlier roles in monitoring and evaluation with various organizations, including Partners In Health and PAMASOR-RWANDA. James Haganza holds a Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation from Mount Kenya University and another Master's degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from Proyecto Kalu, alongside a Bachelor's degree in School Psychology from the National University of Rwanda.
