Director Of Knowledge Management And Learning For Overseas Operations at Catholic Relief Services

Mandi Ashford began their work experience in 2008 as the Director of Membership Integration and Development at Morning Star Baptist Church. Mandi then transitioned to Catholic Relief Services in 2012, starting as an Instructional Designer and later becoming a Senior Instructional Designer. In 2020, they took on additional responsibilities as the Director of Knowledge Management and Learning for Overseas Operations and also joined the Race Equity Team. In 2022, they were assigned a special project as the Agency Strategy Revision Lead to build a more agile and impactful organization.

Mandi Ashford completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) at Baylor University from 2020 to 2023, with a focus on Learning and Organizational Change. Prior to that, they undertook doctoral-level coursework in Human Performance Improvement at Capella University from 2007 to 2009. Mandi also holds a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction, which they earned from 2005 to 2007. Mandi Ashford began their higher education journey at Bowie State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from 2002 to 2005. Their earlier educational experience includes studying Psychology at the University of Maryland College Park from 1999 to 2002.
