Rachel Kyozira

Rachel Kyozira is an experienced professional specializing in climate change adaptation, disaster management, and resilience. Currently serving as Deputy Chief of Party II for the Restore Africa initiative at Catholic Relief Services since December 2021, and previously as Technical Advisor II focused on climate change adaptation and livelihoods, Rachel has a strong background in program management and strategic oversight. At Cordaid, from October 2018 to December 2021, Rachel led a consortium of NGOs on climate resilience initiatives in Uganda. Prior experience includes roles at ICCO Cooperation, where Rachel managed disaster management strategies across several East African countries, and served as a Regional Program Officer for Fair Climate. Rachel's career began at AVSI Foundation, supporting public health capacity development in South Sudan.
