Sarah Ford

Sarah Ford possesses extensive experience in leadership roles focused on partnership, capacity strengthening, and community engagement within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Integrated Program Quality at Catholic Relief Services since June 2010, Sarah directs strategies across key sectors such as governance, peacebuilding, and gender. Previous roles include leading capacities in partnership development and technical advisory positions at both the local and international levels. Sarah's background encompasses significant contributions to organizations such as Lutheran World Relief and the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee, alongside a tenure as an adjunct professor at several universities. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Organizational Development from American University and a Bachelor's in Geography and Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
