Nicholas Borchers

Nicholas Borchers has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Nicholas is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Catholic Social Services of Columbus, where they lead teams and drives organization-wide initiatives to increase efficiency and plan for future growth. Prior to this, Nicholas worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Project Delivery Lead, Senior Project Delivery Manager, and Manager, leading projects and providing leadership for internal initiatives. Nicholas also has experience as a Management Consultant at Satori Consulting, where they managed merger integration activities. Earlier in their career, Nicholas held roles at Church of St. Dominic, The Cleveland Foundation, Archbishop Moeller High School, and Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford.

Nicholas Borchers has a diverse education history. Nicholas completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Theology from Mount St. Mary's Seminary & School of Theology (MTSM), attending from 2001 to 2003. Prior to their master's, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Xavier University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Nicholas Borchers also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), which they received in May 2016 from the Project Management Institute.
