Rachael Dawson-Baglien is an experienced professional in social services and program management, currently serving as the Senior Resource Manager at Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County since April 2019. In this role, Rachael oversees Senior Resource Programs and manages community education initiatives, such as Elder Abuse and Substance Abuse Prevention. Previous positions include Project Manager for the Ahead of the Curve initiative and Adult Program Coordinator and Operations Manager at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Ann Arbor, where Rachael increased program attendance significantly.
