Rachael Dawson-Baglien

Rachael Dawson-Baglien is an experienced professional in social services and program management, currently serving as the Senior Resource Manager at Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County since April 2019. In this role, Rachael oversees Senior Resource Programs and manages community education initiatives, such as Elder Abuse and Substance Abuse Prevention. Previous positions include Project Manager for the Ahead of the Curve initiative and Adult Program Coordinator and Operations Manager at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Ann Arbor, where Rachael increased program attendance significantly. With a strong background in community engagement and resource advocacy, Rachael has also worked in various capacities within organizations focused on youth and adult services, achieving positive outcomes in program visibility and participant engagement. Rachael holds a Master of Social Work in Macro Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology, along with a Bachelor's in Psychology, English, and Gender Studies from Albion College.
