Steve started their career in 2004 as a Deputy Director at the Washtenaw Community Health Organization (WCHO), where they were responsible for overseeing quality improvement, customer service, compliance, and provider monitoring. Steve also played a role in assisting with the organization's integrated health activities. In 2012, they joined Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County as the Business Operations Director, where they continue to contribute their expertise.
