Amber Christmas is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and People Management, currently serving as Group Director of People at CatholicCare Victoria since September 2022. Prior to this role, Amber held positions including General Manager of People and Culture at KordaMentha and Director of People & Culture at PwC. Amber has extensive experience at Norton Rose Fulbright, where responsibilities included senior management in Employee Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, and various HR managerial roles. Earlier career milestones include positions at Blake Dawson, Kingsley Napley, Trowers & Hamlins, and Clyde & Co LLP. Amber holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington and a BA in Psychology and Employment Relations Organizational Studies from The University of Auckland.
