Sarah Cunningham has extensive experience in job readiness support, currently serving as a Job Readiness Worker at CatholicCare Victoria since September 2020, a role previously held at CatholicCare - Greater Melbourne, Geelong, Gippsland until March 2023. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Project Support Officer at Northern Futures from July 2012 to January 2020. Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Deakin University, which was completed from 2004 to 2007.

On 1 January 2021, Centacare Ballarat, CatholicCare Melbourne/Gippsland and CatholicCare Sandhurst merged to form CatholicCare Victoria to enhance and strengthen service provision to the vulnerable and marginalised; to amplify scale and reach to sustain and grow services; and to enable a greater focus on addressing the root causes of poverty and injustice across the state. We are the social service agency of the four Catholic dioceses of Victoria, and our support services are available to all individuals or groups regardless of race, religious beliefs or economic status.
