Charlene Rossback worked at Catholic Health Services as the Vice President of Benefits & Compensation starting in April 2012. Prior to that, they were the Director of Total Compensation/HRIS at St. Francis Hospital from July 1999 to April 2012.
Charlene Rossback obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business from Boston College between 1990 and 1994. Charlene went on to pursue a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, completing their studies between 1995 and 1998.
