Debi Tomassetti RN, MSN, CCM currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Clinical Transformation at Catholic Health, a role assumed in November 2023. Prior to this, Debi held multiple leadership positions at Northwell Health from February 2017 to November 2023, including Assistant Vice President of Care Management and Clinical Call Center, where responsibilities included overseeing the Complex Care Management program and a clinical call center focused on high-risk patients. Earlier experience at Northwell Health also included managing infusion services operations for a large patient population. Debi's career began at Advanced as Regional Director of Acute Sales, driving home pharmacy infusion services. Educational achievements include a Master's of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
