Karen Parente

Karen Parente is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in benefits and shared services. Currently serving as the Human Resources Shared Services Manager at Catholic Health since June 2022, Karen has held significant roles at various organizations, including Director of Benefit Operations at Prestige Employee Administrators and Director of HR Operations at Altice USA. With a career spanning over three decades, Karen has also contributed to The Associated Press, Verint Systems, Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Motorola, NBTY, and Arrow Electronics.
