Susan Gabriel

Susan Gabriel is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in real estate law, currently serving as Senior Associate Counsel at Catholic Health since October 2020. Previously, Susan held the position of Senior Counsel at Loeb & Loeb LLP, where representation included significant lease negotiations for a multinational ride-sharing company. Prior to that, Susan worked for the City of New York's Department of Citywide Administrative Services as First Supervising Senior Counsel, overseeing commercial leasing and training real estate staff attorneys. Additional roles include Real Estate Attorney at Pavia & Harcourt LLP, Real Estate Counsel at JRT Realty Group, and General Counsel at Jaymont Properties, where Susan managed a wide range of real estate transactions and legal matters. Susan holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from New York University.
