Sigge Larsen

R&D engineer at CathVision

Sigge Larsen is a Danish R&D engineer who currently works for CathVision. Sigge has also worked as a teaching assistant at the Technical University of Denmark and as a student assistant for the Vejdirektoratet. In addition, they have experience substitute teaching and working in sales.

Larsen began their career in 2006 as a sales assistant for Spejder Sport A/S. In 2007, they became a substitute teacher for Hillerødsholmskolen. Sigge continued working in this role until 2009 when they began working as a student assistant for the Vejdirektoratet. In this role, they were responsible for updating traffic data and entering traffic counts. Sigge also assisted with other tasks as needed.

In 2011, Larsen began working as a teaching assistant at the Technical University of Denmark. In this role, they provided assistance during lectures and exercises in Introduction to Statistics. Sigge also improved their ability to communicate and think quickly when unexpected questions arose.

In 2013, Larsen left the Technical University of Denmark to begin working as an R&D engineer for CathVision. In this role, they are responsible for developing new products and technologies. Sigge has also continued to improve their skills in communication and problem solving.

Sigge Larsen has a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark and a second degree from UC San Diego.

Sigge Larsen reports to Allan Gersfelt-Larsen, VP, Engineering. They are on a team with Joel Earnest-Deyoung - Software Architect, Yvonne Bjørkhjolt - Test Engineer, and Anders Warming - System Engineer.
