Deb Segreto

Deb Segreto has held various human resources positions throughout their career. Deb started as an HR Generalist at Travelers in 1987 and worked there until 1997. From 1990 to 2002, they worked as an HR Capital Partner at UnitedHealth Group. Deb then joined MLN as a Director of HR in 2000 and stayed until 2005. Since 2008, Deb has been serving as the Director of Human Resources at CATIC.

Deb Segreto obtained their MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business from 1979 to 1981. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Russian Language & Literature from Rutgers University from 1974 to 1978.
