Sharon Prueitt Keiser

Sharon Prueitt Keiser serves as the Chief Finance and Operations Officer at Catlin Gabel School since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in finance and operations roles within nonprofit and educational organizations. Prior to this position, Sharon was the Chief Operating Officer at Embracing Equity from July 2019 to April 2023, overseeing finance, technology, and strategic execution. Sharon also held the role of Finance Partner at Wildflower Schools, contributing to the development of financial and operational frameworks for decentralized Montessori schools. As Director of Finance and Operations/CFO at Denver's Early Childhood Council, Sharon facilitated significant organizational growth. Early career roles include nonprofit consultancy and accounting specialization at Keep it Smart & Simple Business Solutions and the Colorado Nonprofit Association, where Sharon founded the Nonprofit Pro Bono Legal Group. Sharon's academic credentials include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a focus on nonprofit management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, as well as a certification in project management from the University of St. Thomas.
