Heather Maupin

Heather Maupin is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in merchandising and strategic development. Currently serving as the VP/DMM of Merchandising at Cato Corporation since February 2020, Heather previously held key positions including Director of Strategic Development at Priority Marketing, where strategic growth plans were created to enhance customer experiences. Heather's career includes a significant tenure at Chico's FAS from 2005 to 2016, progressing from Senior Buyer to Divisional Merchandise Manager, overseeing omni-channel product strategies and inventory management across multiple categories. Earlier roles include Merchandise Manager at Old Navy and Merchant at The Limited, where responsibilities spanned buying, product development, and financial performance. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, awarded in 1996.
