Laura Kealey

Laura Kealey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in merchandising, education, and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Merchandise Systems Analyst at Cato Corporation, Laura manages training and development for the merchant team, facilitates communication between departments, and spearheads system upgrades. Previous roles include teaching at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where Laura developed effective training strategies and utilized technology for curriculum delivery, and at Killeen Independent School District, focusing on diverse learners' instructional needs. Early career experience includes positions at luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and kate spade, where Laura developed skills in inventory management, customer service, and sales analysis. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Literacy, Culture and Language Education from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
