Nicole Townsend

Nicole Townsend has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nicole began their career as a Lifeguard at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte in 2005 and continued in that role until 2007. Following that, Nicole worked briefly as a Customer Experience Associate at Gap Inc. in 2007. Nicole then transitioned to become a Property Manager at Shadowood Apartments, LLC in 2010, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, Nicole joined Cato Corporation as an Assistant Product Manager and gradually worked their way up to become a Senior Assistant Product Manager, and finally, a Product Manager. Nicole held the role of Product Manager for six years before being promoted to Director of Product Development in 2023. At present time, Nicole is still serving in this capacity at Cato Corporation.

Nicole Townsend completed their bachelor's degree in Fashion and Textile Management from North Carolina State University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Myers Park High School from 2002 to 2006.
