Diane Caton

Diane Caton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Diane started their career in 2005 as an Instructor of Russian Language at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Diane then worked as a Personal Trainer at Carolina Fitness from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they became the Director of the VA Governor's Russian Academy, and later the Director of the Virginia Governor's Foreign Language Academy in 2008. In 2007, they joined Management Services Corporation, initially as a Development Associate and later as the Commercial Property & Community Association Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Vice-President, Commercial at Management Services Corporation. During this time, they also held positions as a Director at Caton Construction Group, Manufactured Housing Enterprises, Inc. (MHE), and Park Lane Finance Solutions, LLC. Diane joined CMS, Inc. in 2013 as a Director & Vice President and in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of The Caton Companies.

Diane Caton's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Slavic Languages & Literatures and Peace, War, & Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Diane also holds a Master of Arts degree in Slavic Languages from the same university. In addition, Diane studied Russian as a Foreign Language at Mezhdunarodnyi universitet v Moskve. Diane has also obtained certifications such as the Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute in 2012. Diane's other certification is CMCA from the same institution.
