In 2018, they founded their own company called Nation William Crow, where they served as a Founder, Designer, and Stylist. Nathan then worked as an Inventory Generalist at Powell's Books from December 2019 to February 2020. Nathan joined Cross River in November 2020 as a PPP Loan Processor before transitioning to their current role as an Onboarding Fraud Risk Team Lead at Aspiration in February 2021.
