Golzad Fadaei (She/Her)

I serve as the Software Development Manager at Cat's Eye. I bring over 15 years of experience in coding, machine learning, and designing user-friendly software.

I attended the Islamic Azad University of Tehran from 2001-2007, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. Shortly after, I began my career in software development as an IT Specialist at Pars Khazar Industrial Company in 2007. I worked my way up to IT Supervisor by 2017, honing my skills in system upgrades, modeling, UI/UX design, and leading teams.

In 2020, I brought my technical expertise to co-found Cat's Eye, becoming the Software Development Manager. I oversee requirements gathering, ML and AI model design, training algorithms, and improving our product. My goal is to build an intelligent bullying detection solution for schools.
