William Fox

William Fox has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. William started their career at Clark Patterson Lee in 1989 as a Structural Engineer and worked there until 1995. William then joined HSMM as a Structural Engineer from 1995 to 1998. Following this, they joined Cattaraugus County in 1998 and held the position of Sr Civil Engineer until January 2021. In January 2021, they were promoted to the role of Director of Engineering at Cattaraugus County.

William Fox earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, graduating in the year 1989 after completing their studies from 1985 to 1989.
