Terry is currently the CEO of CattleEye, where they collaborate with video analytics technologists to develop a deep learning cloud-based AI platform for livestock management. Prior to this, they were the Head of Enterprise Relationships at AgriWebb.
Terry is also known for their contributions to the agricultural industry, as they founded FarmWizard in 2004, the world's first cloud-based livestock management program. Terry successfully sold the business in 2018 to Wheatsheaf, a part of the Duke of Westminster's Grosvenor Group.

Terry Canning completed the Entrepreneur Development Program at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, which was achieved between 1990 and 1995.
