Peter J.M. Bulters is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in trade compliance and logistics. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO of CATTS since May 2016, Peter has previously held significant roles at Livingston International, including Vice President GTM Governance and VP Trade Compliance, following the integration of a large team from JPMorgan Global Trade Service. At JPMorgan from 2007 to 2012, Peter advanced through various leadership positions in global logistics operations compliance and trade compliance. Earlier career ventures included significant roles in risk management and trade compliance at Texas Instruments, B4U Compliance, and Calberson. Peter began their professional journey in trade compliance as an owner of B4U Compliance and CATTS in the 1990s and earned a Tax Propedeuse qualification from 1989 to 1990.
